Terms and Conditions

I confirm that:

I have read the terms and conditions of the Adobe ETLA 2023 Master Agreement and understand that my Institution will be bound as a Consortium Member to it until August 13^th, 2026.
I am authorised to commit the above-named institution to participation in this Agreement between Jisc Services Limited and Adobe at the pricing indicated above until August 2026.
I confirm that I have read the Adobe ETLA 2023 Agreement Overview and agree to be bound by the terms, including the True Up reporting requirements.
I confirm that my Institution will meet the payment requirements stated in the Adobe ETLA 2023 Agreement Overview.
I have completed and signed the Adobe ETLA 2023 Participation letter too and sent it to help@chest.ac.uk
