I confirm that:

1. I have read the terms and conditions of the Adobe ETLA 2026 Master Agreement and understand that my Institution will be bound as a Consortium Member to it until August 13, 2029.
2. I am authorised to commit the above-named institution to participation in this Agreement between Jisc Services Limited and Adobe at the pricing indicated above until August 2029.
3. I confirm that I have read the Adobe ETLA 2026 Agreement Overview and agree to be bound by the terms, including the True Up reporting requirements.
4. I confirm that my Institution will meet the payment requirements stated in the Adobe ETLA 2026 Agreement Overview.
5. I will complete and sign the Adobe ETLA 2026 Participation letter too, which will be sent via Adobe Sign.
