Creative Jam LIVE: Jisc Faculty 5 & 11 November

Adobe & Jisc are excited to invite you to a Creative Jam Live session focused on developing your skills in non-linear and visual communication, digital presentation skills, and design.

This Creative Jam is split into 2 live-streams; where the 1st is the kick-off session and the 2nd the "show & tell" of projects. Our Creative Jam LIVE sessions are a fab opportunity to come all together for a few hours with colleagues across the sector to gain inspiration and new ideas that you can use in your delivery.

Over the 2 sessions, we will be exploring themes on non-linear and visual communication, digital presentation and design.

Through the session you will:

• Hear from experts at Jisc and the creative industry on the power of non-linear storytelling and strategies for use in your delivery:
• Zac Gribble – subject specialist in digital practice platforms, Jisc
• Abigail Docherty - playwright and programme director for creative writing at the University of Cambridge, Institute of Continuing Education
• Yvonne Skipper – senior lecturer in psychology, School of Education, University of Glasgow
• Develop hands on skills (and some tricks) in developing rich learning resources and collaborative activities with Adobe XD - Adobe's flagship User Experience Design tool.
• Collaborate and share ideas and examples with others.
• Be experiential.
• Create a learning activity or resource that you can use in your own teaching.
