Valimail Enforce automates the path to DMARC enforcement from start to finish, providing rapid and ongoing protection against fraudulent email being sent from your domains. Enforce's advanced sending service intelligence, and contextual analytics to enable organisations of all sizes to achieve and maintain dead-simple SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, all without risky manual DNS work or costly consulting services.
Agreement start: 8 June 2026
Agreement end: 7 June 2029
Invoice date: annually three months in advance of the anniversary of the licence start date.
Institutions may participate in the Agreement at any time during the agreement period, and are bound by its Terms and Conditions, including payments, until the end of the Institution’s three-year Commitment (Licence) Period.
Site licence
Higher and Further Education and Research Councils in the United Kingdom, and to Universities and Colleges of Further Education in the Republic of Ireland. Other organisations supporting education, including research bodies and the public sector, may ask to participate in the Agreement. Chest will liaise with the Supplier about any such requests.

Valimail works closely with Microsoft, Google and Yahoo to advance email authentication standards and improve trust in digital communications. Microsoft 365 customers can integrate with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to enhance sender visibility and accelerate the path to enforcement.

Valimail provides technical onboarding and support for institutions purchasing through the Chest agreement. Support includes assistance with domain onboarding, authentication visibility, sender identification, SPF hosting, DMARC policy progression, and ongoing management of authorised sending services.
Valimail support will guide institutions from initial setup through enforcement planning and continued operational use of the platform. Technical queries relating to Valimail products will be handled directly by Valimail.

The Chest Order, together with the Licence Terms and Conditions, and any exceptions listed below, create a legally binding contract between your institution, organisation or company and the Licensor. Therefore please read the terms and conditions carefully and only submit a Chest Order if its terms and conditions are acceptable to your institution, organisation or company and you have the authority to make the financial commitment shown.
This licence is subject to the terms and conditions for the Standard Software as a Service (SaaS) Licence (July 2024) This agreement contains variations to these terms and conditions which are available at the bottom of this page under the heading 'Exceptions to Terms and Conditions Content'.
Chest is an Enterprise of Jisc. All Purchase orders must be made out to Jisc Services Ltd, 4 Portwall Lane, Bristol, BS1 6NB to cover all charges plus VAT. Payments are due within thirty days of invoice date; recipients of late payments are entitled to interest in accordance with UK statutory provisions.
On receipt of a completed order, sites will be invoiced for the first year of their agreement. For each subsequent year, sites will be invoiced 3-months in advance of their licence anniversary date. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

5.1 (i) is amended and now reads:
“it will provide or arrange for a service provider to provide on its behalf, the “Basic Support” services set out at https://www.valimail.com/legal/valimail-support/. Licensee may choose to purchase additional paid support offerings set out at the link above.”
6.1 is amended and now reads:
“The Licensee will pay the Fee as set out in the Order. Unless otherwise shown on the Order, Fees are due within thirty days of invoice receipt. If Licensee does not pay the Fee in a timely manner, Licensor may suspend the provision of the services and access to the Software 30 business days following Licensee’s receipt of written notice that it is late in paying an invoice (which notice shall also serve as notice that Licensee is in material breach of this Licence Agreement).”
7.1 is amended and now reads:
“The Licensor shall indemnify and hold the Licensee harmless from all damages, claims, legal fees and costs incurred by the Licensee in respect of any third-party claim or action against Licensee alleging that the Software, as furnished by Licensor hereunder and used by Licensee within the scope of this Licence Agreement, infringes such party’s Intellectual Property Rights in the Software, provided that […]”
11.1 is amended and now reads:
“Neither party may assign or transfer all or part of this Licence Agreement, or any of its rights or obligations, or appoint any agent to perform all of its obligations, without the other’s prior written consent except as set out herein. However, by giving the Licensee not less than thirty days’ prior written notice, the Licensor may transfer all of its rights and obligations to a wholly owned subsidiary, or to a wholly owned subsidiary of its parent company, or to its parent company. Additionally, either party may transfer this Licence Agreement together with all Orders upon not less than thirty days’ written notice to the other party: (a) to any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, the transferring party, where “control” means direct or indirect ownership or control of more than 50% of the voting interest of the subject entity; or (b) to any entity acquiring the transferring party, with which the transferring party is merging or to which the transferring party sells all or substantially all of its assets. For the avoidance of doubt, neither party is required to provide notice prior to a change of control unless the Licence Agreement is being assigned or transferred to a different entity.”
